Once we’ve connected, we’ll schedule a consultation to learn more about your project. Together we’ll discuss your objectives, creative direction, timeline, locations and any specific requirements. This is where ideas begin to take shape and we ensure we’re aligned before moving forward. Every production is carefully tailored to your needs.

Based on our conversation, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, production schedule and investment. Everything is presented clearly, so you know exactly what to expect before making a decision. We believe in transparent communication with no hidden surprises.

Once the proposal has been approved, we’ll begin planning every detail of your production. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and production dates. For projects located more than 20 km from Surakarta (Solo), additional travel and accommodation costs may apply and will always be discussed in advance. During pre-production we finalize locations, schedules, shot lists and logistics to ensure a smooth production day.

Production day has arrived. Our team captures your story with creativity, professionalism and attention to every detail while keeping you informed throughout the process. Once filming or photography is complete, we begin post-production, where editing, color grading, sound design and finishing touches transform the raw footage into a cinematic final product.

Your completed project is delivered in high quality and ready to share with the world. We want every client to be completely satisfied, which is why one complimentary revision is included if any reasonable adjustments are needed. After approval, you’ll receive the final files in the agreed formats. Our relationship doesn’t end there—we’re always here for future projects and long-term creative partnerships.
