Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible working environment.
Clients must inform Magna Mediaworks of any known hazards, site restrictions or safety requirements before production begins.
Equipment
All equipment is operated by trained personnel and handled according to professional safety standards.
Clients and visitors may not operate or interfere with production equipment unless expressly authorised by our crew.
Drone Operations
Drone flights are conducted in accordance with Indonesian aviation regulations and local restrictions.
Flights may be cancelled or modified due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, technical issues or any situation that could compromise safety.
Weather Conditions
Outdoor productions are subject to weather conditions.
Heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, volcanic activity or other hazardous conditions may require production to be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled.
Personal Safety
All crew members, clients and participants are expected to behave responsibly throughout production.
Unsafe behaviour, harassment, discrimination, alcohol or drug misuse will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate suspension of production.
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, the safety of people will always take priority over equipment or production schedules.
Our team will follow appropriate emergency procedures and cooperate with local emergency services where required.
Compliance
